The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has concluded their consultation addressing oil and hazardous substance spill/release response activities in selected areas of Idaho, Washington, and Oregon pursuent to section 7 of the Endangered Species Act of 1973 (ESA) as amended. The final signed document can be found here.

The final Biological Opinion from the National Marine Fisheries Service can be found here.

The NWACP continues to serve as the Regional Contingency Plan for RRT 10, the EPA Inland Area Contingency Plan, and the State-wide plans for Oregon and Washington.
